I’ve been telling stories for as long as I can remember.
When I was ten years old, they looked like hand-drawn graphic novels about my
childhood pets as international spies, or young girls discovering they had
superpowers! They were messy, imaginative, and completely mine. And, without
realizing it, that’s where everything started.
Finally, at seventeen, I sat down and wrote the first draft of Contingents. I didn’t
overthink it and I didn’t look back; I just wrote. It was rough (really rough), but it was
the first time I proved to myself that I could take an idea and turn it into something real.

For a while, that was enough. Through college, I didn’t touch the manuscript much, but I carried the quiet pride of
knowing I had written a book.
Then, at twenty-two, I decided it was time to take it seriously. I went back, revised, rewrote and reshaped the
story into what it was always meant to be. Somewhere in that process I realized that writing had never just been
about creating a different world, but it was about understanding this one.
I love to write speculative fiction grounded in character psychology and emotional tension. My stories explore
identity, vulnerability, and the moments that reveal who we truly are. I’m drawn to the tension between control and
choice,and the quiet ways people either conform… or break.
But more than anything, my writing is shaped by the people around me. The ones who encouraged me, challenged
me, and believed in me long before I believed in myself! Their voices, their stories, and their humanity are woven
into everything I create.
Today, when people read my work and describe it as deep, emotional, or something they can’t put down, it means
more to me than I can fully explain. Because at its core, that’s why I write: to create stories that people can feel.
